Sorry for my ignorance but till recently, I was not aware that you could actually have a Van Gogh painting hanging on your wall unless you are a collector or something. And after I got to know the term oil reproduction (like I said, ignorance) I was pretty skeptical about the quality of the paintings and their so-to-say loyalty to the original (still ignorance). But today, I am happily proven wrong, all thanks to Erik and Van Gogh Studio. After my purchase I heard from friends that there are also many oil reproduction suppliers who just deliver bad quality paintings. I guess I was just lucky running into Van Gogh Studio already at my first purchase. So I would still recommend everyone to be careful with this. But Erik, next to being a very service minded and professional businessman, must be working with very talented artists. I can’t see how else he would achieve this quality. Long story short, I recommend Van Gogh Studio. And thanks Erik. You are one cool man.

My sisters and I wanted to surprise our other parents on their 25th anniversary. I ordered the painting as a gift for my sister. Van Gogh is her favorite artist - actually her idol - and this is one of her favorite paintings. When she saw it, she was about to faint.

The detail and quality of this reproduction are excellent, even to a pair of trained eyes like hers. I will be sending a picture of the painting - most probably with my very happy sister next to it :) - as soon as we get it framed.
